Hefe, Zucker und Milch verr\u00fchren, 15 min an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen. Butter warm werden lassen, mit dem Ei und dem Mehl und der Hefe einen Teig r\u00fchren. Eine Stunde an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Bei 180\u00b0 Umluft 40 min backen. Dann mit 40g geschmolzener Butter einpinseln und mit Puderzucker best\u00e4uben.
